Flying has been my passion since I was young. I obtained my private pilot license in 1991. It didn’t take long for me to begin the search for a vintage aircraft to call my own. Later that year I purchased my first airplane, a 1946 Taylorcraft BC-12D. In 1995 I purchased a 1956 Cessna 170B. The 170 has flown to airshows in Florida, Iowa, Wisconsin and all over Texas. FLYING magazine featured the 170 in a Used Aircraft Report on the Cessna 170 in the November 1999 issue. I have been taking photographs of airplanes as long as I can remember. My love of vintage airplanes is now spilling over into book form as I am excited to share my photographs through books that people can share with friends and family. I reside in Texas with my wife, Candice and we fly out of Northwest Regional Airport (52F) in nearby Roanoke, Texas. |
