At The Academy of Art in San Francisco and at The Art Students League in New York I gained the skills to express my artisitic vision. Always captivated by the world around me, I am obssessed by detail and the small intricacies that create our world. I love to capture everyday moments, people sitting in cafe's, eating, talking, and sharing moments that celebrate our existence. I love nature as well and take much inspiration from its patterns and continual renewal. Life has so many challenges and through my drawings I choose to focus on the positive aspects and find hope in what appears to be very dismal times, to me without hope we aren't really living, just existing. Sharing how we live and how we spend our time through drawing is my way of making sense of it all.
