Rene Koster has been working as a professional photographer since 1994.
His work concentrates mostly on travel photography and portraits. He has contributed a great deal to many national magazines in the Netherlands.

In 2006 Rene Koster finished as runner up in Travel Photographer Of The Year iconic category with four images of Antarctica and in addition Rene's street life image of four young girls on the balcony was chosen as the judges favorite image.

As a well appreciated photographer Rene Koster always strives after high quality off his work. Every assignment is being approached with the care and attention it deserves, but the results are always characterized by this photographer’s personal style.
