My name is Trinity; also known as Mom, to four amazing girls. I have a passion to help others feel strong and healthy. While being a mom is hard work, I have learned over the years in order to be the best mom I can be I must believe in myself and do things that make me not only feel good, but gives me energy (endorphins) and to set goals that will help me achieve longevity for the life I provide for my children. Pushing myself, holding myself accountable and setting behavior (daily) goals to be the healthiest me, is what I try to achieve daily. I believe that you can accomplish your fitness goals at home and create a healthy toned body and mind.
