This book is a long-term effort to observe and photograph the migratory birds that stop for a while in a small wetland in eastern Crete to feed and rest before starting their journey north again. These are small wetlands of great importance for the survival of our tired feathered friends who travel thousands of kilometers for better survival conditions.
