Splotch Monster Island is an imaginary land where watercolor paint splotches come alive, and magical tales of kindness, hopes and dreams come true. The twenty Splotch Monsters featured in this book are from a collection of works that husband and wife duo Kris and Steve Loya collaborated on during the spring of 2021, and is a companion series to the Stop and Smell the Flowers collection from the spring of 2020. Our aim, when creating the May Flowers series, was to bring a smile to people's faces. Hopefully we achieved just that, with this series that definitely brought a smile to our faces as well.
