I am a passionate home cook and food enthusiast based in Ottawa, Ontario, where I live with my husband Mario and our two cats, Misha and Drax. Over the course of my 20+ year career with the Department of National Defence, I’ve honed skills in problem-solving and resilience, but my true passion lies in the kitchen. I’m dedicated to exploring the world through food and travel, and I’m fortunate to have had the opportunity to train at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in both Ottawa and Paris. In addition to my culinary training, I recently earned my certification as an Olive Oil Sommelier, expanding my expertise in one of the most essential ingredients in cooking. For me, cooking is a joyful and transformative experience. Whether I’m creating a simple meal or experimenting with new techniques, I find comfort and fulfillment in the process of bringing flavors to life. My goal is to inspire others to discover the magic of cooking and the joy it can bring to everyday life.
