This book is composed of 14 nature photos and 10 poems. The nature is mostly taken in Japan. It includes Japanese "power spots" such as Nikko in Tochigi, Meiji Shrine in Tokyo, Biei in Hokkaido.



The poems are written in Japanese, writer's native language, except for one poem in English.
