The author of this book started sharing photos of healthy dishes that she was preparing everyday on social media. They were always easy to make, with everyday ingredients and people started to ask for recipes. That's when Jacquie was inspired to self-publish her first cookbook.
Most of the dishes in the book are truly great for everyday living - singles or families, as well as a few for special occasions.
