Hi, I’m Elisha! Despite having Hashimoto’s, I have learned how to live a yummy and vibrant life without gluten, grains, or dairy. I live in Atlanta with my beautiful family. We enjoy good food, LOTS of kombucha, riding bikes, being outdoors, and going on adventures together.
