Biography
Uyen Luu is a graduate of Fine Art Film & Video at Central St Martins College Of Art. After graduation, she was funded by The Arts Council Of England, The London Film & Video Agency & The British Council to make a 16mm film documentary called 'Pho' about her first return to Vietnam since she and her family emigrated to England in 1981 - The film was awarded Best Documentary Prize at Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in 2001.

Since then, Uyen has ventured into retail, opening 4 boutiques called Leluu in Central London locations such as Earlham Street and Newburgh Street. She also designs her own fashion label for women.

Uyen is the second half of the infamous Fernandez & Leluu Supper Club in East London, now venturing into writing, cooking, still hosting dinner parties and teaching Vietnamese cookery classes. She is also starting a PR & Events company and still dreams of making movies and documentaries.

Uyen lives and works in London
