Billy The Artist (BTA) is an internationally renowned artist who has worked with some of the largest global brands such as Swatch, Nescafé, Lamborghini, Mountain Dew and Gibson guitar to name a few. He has painted live around the world including painting live at Piazza San Marco in Venice in front of 30,000 people with 500 foot projections of his work in animation adorning the Piazza walls. His murals, paintings and product line is also represented world wide. BTA has been published in everything from Rolling Stone to Vanity Fair to the New York Times. His studio has been in the East Village for over 30 years and he always has a sketchbook in his hand drawing the life around him. This book represents the joyous and hilarious moments of being with friends, listening to interesting and eclectic characters all in the east village while having a cocktail, a sketch pad and a sharpie in hand.
