A short story portraying a search for meaning in a modern world. The story follows the life of two young persons on their first week together on Street Noir. Street Noir being the one street in an otherwise large city where free thinkers and a motley crowd can live and congregate. Street Noir is a street in danger of being gentrified. And the searchers who live there are in danger of losing themselves in the eternal search for meaning in an otherwise nebulous and unforgiving universe.
