Julie is the author of ten books including four on Canadian history and six about writing/publishing. She is also a freelance travel writer/photographer who has published thirty-eight photo portfolios. Her images have been exhibited and sold in Vancouver and at the Penticton Art Gallery in BC. Several organizations have engaged her services for photo shoots including Marriott's Shadow Ridge Golf Club in Palm Desert, CA, and two real estate firms for website imagery. She does author shoots for publicity purposes and now does the photography for Grandmother for Africa, South Okanagan. She lives in wine country in the South Okanagan of BC in Canada.
