It is only by virtue of the Dr's need to avoid incarceration for war crimes that prompts him to rat out his billionaire bosses, uncovering information that can help topple the New World Order. Taking the US class war to critical mass, President-imposter Little, along with his stepfather, Rudeworth Tempers, ultimately helps foment the new American Revolution of 2025.
