My passion with photography started when I did an Art and Design Diploma course at Mid Cheshire College Northwich. Using a 35mm Olympic camera I went out and took my first photographs from this moment my life has revolved around photography. Finishing this course I progressed onto a two year National Diploma Photography where I learnt the foundations of photography and discovered that my specialized area was Landscape Photography. I then applied for a BA Honours Degree in Photography at Bolton University only staying for the first year before applying for a transfer to Edinburgh Napier University. Successfully getting a place and was transferred to the second year where I studied film (moving picture) and then in the first term of the third year I did half film and half photography and the second term I did all photography. The final year has revolved around photography and writing the dissertation, which was based on Landscape Photography.
