Sullen is a lifestyle art photography project that represents the feeling and emotion of the word sullen. Both my direction and landscape choices were selected to represent this. The direction for the talent was to not model, to not pose. As a photographer, I'm not interested in that. I wanted to capture the true personality of the talent, for the person she is. The landscape and the weather needed to match that, as slight overcast helped make this project what it is.
