The 2008 British Touring Car Championship proved yet again to be an explosive and highly competitive season. Once again going down to the final rounds at Brands Hatch, Italian touring car star Fabrizio Giovanardi took his second championhip in a row, at the same time steering Vauxhall to the manufacturers' title.
