A competent sailor and USCG licensed mariner with experience on traditional sailing vessels and on modern small boats. Currently the captain of the sailing vessel Tula: a beautiful 26', full-keeled, double-ended sloop. Traditional rigging and maintenance experience as volunteer crew on the skipjack Claud W. Somers and the schooner’s Pioneer, Lettie G. Howard and Quinnipiac.
