Dorothy Berry-Lound found the house of her dreams (and her heart) in Paciano, Umbria, Italy in 1997. An artist, she is inspired by her beautiful surroundings, the wonderful views, the clean air and the wildlife. This book, My Paciano - Il Mio Paciano, which accompanies an exhibition of Dorothy's work at Palazzo Baldeschi in Paciano from 30 October 2016 to 6 January 2017, represents the things that inspire her. It contains a series of images that reflect Dorothy's love for Paciano and her life in Italy. Dorothy specialises in photopainting, taking her original photographs and developing them further with digital painting techniques in order to bring out the story of the subject. She was awarded Best Photopainter 2015 by CQ Magazine and was a featured artist on Artsy Shark in August 2016.
