Sobre o livro
This a pictorial trip though many years of fishing, hiking and camping in the Wind River mountains of Wyoming.
The story unfolds in pictures of wonder, reverence and companionship with family and friends. Over a 35-year period the author has taken many friends and family members into the Wind Rivers for week long fishing and rejuvenation trips. Every trip begins months ahead with preparation, planning and anticipation, even diet and muscle toning. And at the end of the hike into the basins, sheer exhaustion coupled with a wonder at the quiet beauty of the lakes, mountains, birds and wind leave you recuperating during the first night in complete peace. And on that first night if the weather cooperates, you feel you can reach up and touch the Milky Way.
