Greetings! It's nice to meet you here. If you are looking for easy, delicious, plant-based recipes you will want a copy of this cookbook! It contains all my favorite recipes from the last 10+ years. A bit about me: My lifelong passion has been learning about what best supports our health and wellness. After several degrees (nursing, counseling, naturopathy) and certifications, I know I will continue to be a lifelong student in this area! All my research and writings are taken back to Scripture and must align with what God says in order for me to consider it accurate. I have enjoyed sharing and teaching numerous classes over the last 25+ years and am so excited to share this book with you. I also enjoy painting, cooking and entertaining, walking on beaches, dancing, beauty in nature, gardening, birds singing, Jesus, and being a mom.
